In 2019, veteran folk DJ Ron Olesko launched a 24/7 Internet radio channel devoted to the folk song at www.folkmusicnotebook.com. The channel, with some of the finest folk radio hosts from across North America, has been steadily growing its audience and has become a hub for the contemporary folk community with a diverse playlist heard around the clock. The channel offers live remote broadcasts from festivals and concerts, interviews and more.

In addition, since 2019, Ron has produced and hosted TRADITIONS on WFDU-FM , the non-commercial radio station owned by Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. Now the station's longest running program, Ron has offered folk songs and presented in-studio guests that represent a "who's who" of the world of contemporary and traditional folk music.
