Natalia Zukerman is a musician, painter and educator who grew up in a musical family in New York City. She has released eight independent albums and toured internationally as a solo performer since 2005 and performed, opened for and recorded with some of Folk music’s greatest legends including Janis Ian, Holly Near, Tom Paxton, Ani DiFranco, Richard Thompson, Susan Werner, Willy Porter and more!

The New Yorker Magazine said, “Natalia Zukerman’s voice could send an orchid into bloom while her guitar playing can open a beer bottle with its teeth.”

Natalia traveled to Africa as a Cultural Diplomat for the US State Department in 2017 and is currently working virtually with artists in Zimbabwe through that program in collaboration with the band Raining Jane (Jason Mraz). Her one woman multimedia show, "The Women Who Rode Away" premiered in 2018 and is currently in re-development through the cell theatre in NY. During the pandemic, Natalia co-produced an online music festival called Shut In & Sing that provided immediate financial relief to hundreds of independent musicians. She became a teaching artist with and is now the Program Director of Kid Pan Alley, a nonprofit whose mission is to inspire creativity, build confidence, and foster community among children of all ages through the group songwriting process.

Natalia currently lives, writes, paints, teaches and plays with her two dogs in the Hudson Valley.
