Carla Gover is a Kentucky-born artist who performs original and traditional music. She offers renditions of ballads and banjo tunes from her native Appalachia as well as original tunes which touch upon themes of home, family, a sense of place, social justice, and spirituality. Carla currently makes her home in Lexington, KY, where she collaborates with a variety of artists and educators on projects to improve the quality of life in the state through music, dance, and fostering cultural understanding.
