Greenwich Village Folk Festival Masthead

MEET THE SINGERS/MUSICIANS

Grant Livingston

Singer/Songwriter Grant Livingston has been writing about the history and the environment of Florida for over thirty years. He was Artist in Residence at Everglades National Park (AIRIE) in 2019. He was a featured act at the Florida Folk Festival in 2023 and has appeared there every year since 1987.

Grant also works with National Park Ranger Gary Bremen to present Songs and Stories of Our National Parks. Together they have appeared at Yosemite National Park, Pullman National Monument, Indiana Dunes National Park, and at numerous venues throughout Florida.

Livingston has taught songwriting at Miami-Dade College and helps to coordinate the South Florida chapter of the Nashville Songwriters Association International.

Upbeat, with an offbeat sense of humor, Grant believes in the power of laughter and singing along to get across a serious message. He looks forward to virtually meeting you at the Greenwich Village Folk Festival!
